  • Why are print on demand services better for the environment?

    Print on demand products are not printed or fulfilled until an order is placed. This decreases physical waste because products are not manufactured or printed until a customer purchase is made. This reduces overall energy consumption related to manufacturing and storage of items that have not been purchased. Ultimately, reducing the overall environmental impact.

  • Are Pick Pages clothing sizes true to fit?

    Clothing sizes vary for each product. Some are true to fit and others run bigger or smaller. Please carefully read the description of each product so that you can make the size selection that is best for you. Each clothing item comes with size measurements and a size chart specific to that item. Please take your measurements according to the body illustration on the product page and refer to the size chart for that product to make your size selection.   • How are shipping rates calculated?

    Shipping is determined based on a flat fee. This fee is determined based on where the product is being shipped to. The printing company we use has printing facilities around the world. To reduce shipping costs we try to utilize the facility closest to you, the customer. Sometimes, however, certain products are only manufactured in certain facilities and therefore may increase shipping costs in these incidences. We try our best to give you the lowest shipping rates possible. Our products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction. Thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions and helping to reduce environmental energy, consumption, and waste!

    Our flat rate for the United States is $8.01 USD for the first item and $3.01 USD for each additional item. For Canada your first item ships for $10.01 USD and $2.00 USD for each additional item. For items shipping to Europe it is $11.01 USD for the first item an $3.01 USD for each additional item. If your country is not listed here please reach out to us and we will gladly share shipping pricing for your purchase.

  • Does Pick Pages accept returns?

    Generally, we don’t accept returns except for items that are misprinted or damaged. However, our goal is for complete customer satisfaction so we ask that you reach out to us immediately with any issues. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 10 business days of receiving your purchase at pickpagescustomercare@gmail.com. We will address returns on an individual basis and do our best to ensure that you are satisfied. Please allow 24 hours for our customer care team to respond to your request.

  • Do shipments take longer because Pick Pages is a print on demand service?

    Pick Pages shipments may take slightly longer because each order is made to order when the order is placed. Some products in your order may come sooner than others even though your order was placed at the same time. Pick Pages products come from different printing facilities based on the product and your shipping address. These on demand services allow for less waste during the printing of our products. Your purchase from Pick Pages is more environmentally friendly and leads to more conscientious shopping.
